Hourigan Construction traces its roots to 1965 and Leo. J. Martone & Associates in Virginia Beach.  In 1994, the company became known as Hourigan Martone Construction Corporation and opened a Richmond office in 1981. Hourigan Construction Corporation adopted its current name in 2000. The firm offers full-service pre-construction, construction management and general contracting services throughout central Virginia, Hampton Roads and northeastern North Carolina. Their vast and diverse portfolio of work includes Chesapeake Bay Foundation Brock Environmental Center, Bon Secours Washington Redskins Training Center, Dominion Energy Clearinghouse, P767 MH60S Hangar, and The Early Center for Christian Education & Worship.
