When David Domster took one look at the cool modern popped up rancher nestled on a private wooded lot in close proximity to the James River he knew it was for him. Having come from a magnificent modern custom renovation not far down the road, David is no stranger to smartly designed homes.

When Andrew Flint took one look at the same house several years before, he knew it was for him. Andrew, a furniture/cabinet maker, and owner of Method Woodworking & Design along with the guidance of Ed Pillsbury, a senior architect at 3North, set out to transform a small, dated ranch into what is today.
