Modern Richmond Week - VCU/ICA Panel

As part of Modern Richmond Week, Modern Richmond is pleased to present a unique panel discussion on the new Institute for Contemporary Art building , its context within Richmond, and its place in the modern design legacy of Richmond.

The program will be moderated by Edwin Slipek, architectural historian, editor at Style Weekly and VCU adjunct faculty member. Joining Mr. Slipek will be Charles D. Piper, AIA, principal with BCWH Architects and Dr. Lisa Freiman, the Director of Virginia Commonwealth University's new Institute for Contemporary Art (ICA).

The event will be held on September 19 in the Lecture Hall (Room 303) at James Branch Cabell Library starting with a 5:30 p.m reception.
