Our June Modern Richmond tour will be 8304 Ridge Road, home of Katrina and Johnny Giavos. The Giavos' are local restaurateurs who own many of Richmond's best including Stella's and Little Nickel.

This beautiful, new, modern home was designed by Bruce Shirley from Ratio in conjunction with Katrina Giavos. Jeff Killen assisted with materials on the interior and exterior of the residence. Sustainable materials have been used throughout the residence. Local artisans were used to construct the majority of the millwork as well as the open stair case leading to the second floor. Soaring ceilings provide ample space to display the Giavos' amazing art collection. Nano doors open to the pool and pool house beyond that doubles as a guest house for visiting family and friends.

Parking is limited so we are encouraging ticket holders to take Uber, Lyft, or carpool.

Food will be provided by the Katrina and Johnny Giavos.
