Modern Richmond Week 2017

Modern Richmond is pleased to announce its inaugural Modern Richmond Week, a weeklong celebration of Richmond’s unique and inspiring community of modern design.

Running from September 18-24, Modern Richmond has special events scheduled throughout the week, ranging from a panel discussion on the soon to be completed VCU Institute of Contemporary Art to a neighborhood block party and house tours in Highland Hills, home to numerous residences designed by architect Charles Goodman.

The week will also feature a film screening, a 20th Century modern decorative arts exhibit, a tour of a renovated modern design commercial building and a couple social gatherings for Modern Richmond fans.
